The company is involved in the establishment and management of offices and branches, agencies, and shops; carrying out import, export and re-export activities on behalf of the company or on behalf of others; purchases, acquires, and assumes business, property, or obligations of any person or company carrying on the business authorized by the company; purchase/participate in projects and companies; investing its unneeded funds in all types of securities; buying, selling, investing and trading in organized and unorganized real estate.

It also engages in owning, investing, and disposing movable and immovable property; buying land; building residential apartments and commercial complexes; manufacture, import, export, trade, and marketing of medicines, nutritional supplements, herbal, plant, animal and natural products, medical, and cosmetic products and preparations, as well as consumables and supplies; and e-commerce and e-shopping activities.

In addition, the company is involved in the investment in the trade of building materials supplies; and in securities, banks, brokerage, and commercial agencies.

The company was formerly known as Nopar For Trading & Investment Company Ltd and changed its name to Noubar Trading and Investment Company in January 2025.

Noubar Trading and Investment Company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Amman, Jordan.
