SPDR S&P/ASX iBoxx Australian Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Australia Services Ltd. It is managed by State Street Global Advisors Australia Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of Australia. It invests in the Australian dollar denominated, fixed-rate, government and corporate bonds with maturity of more than one year. The fund invests in investment grade securities which are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P/ASX Australian Fixed Interest Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. SPDR S&P/ASX iBoxx Australian Bond ETF was formed on June 14, 2012 and is domiciled in Australia.
