Galilee Energy Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and evaluation of oil and gas properties in Australia, the United States, and Chile.

The company explores coal seam gas assets. Its flagship project is the 100% owned Glenaras gas project, which covers an area of approximately 3,200 square kilometers located in western Queensland’s Galilee Basin.

The company was formerly known as Eastern Corporation Limited and changed its name to Galilee Energy Limited in June 2010.

Galilee Energy Limited was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Brisbane, Australia.
