Omnia Metals Group Ltd, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration, evaluation, and development of mineral resources in Australia and Canada.

It explores for copper, gold, nickel, platinum, palladium, and lithium deposits. The company owns 100% interest in Ord Basin project that covers an area of 1,305 square kilometers located in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia; and the Albany Fraser (Salt Creek) project, which covers an area totaling 223 square kilometers located northeast of Kalgoorlie, Goldfields in Western Australia.

It also holds 25% interest in the Lac des Montagnes Project, which consists of 1,117 mineral claims covering an area of approximately 600 square kilometers located in the James Bay region of Quebec, Canada.
