Xstate Resources Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in oil and natural gas exploration and production business in the United States, Austria, and Canada.

The company holds 20% working interest in Anshof-3 in Austria; 33.33% working interest in Borba Natural Gas Drilling in California; and various working interests between 10% and 30% in oil and gas leases in Sacramento Basin, California.

It also holds 12% interest in the King Brown gold tenement. The company was formerly known as Oriental Crystal International Ltd. Xstate Resources Limited was incorporated in 1987 and is based in Fremantle, Australia.
