It also operates Downtown Rotana, a five-star hotel; and provides remote site and facilities management services, camps and temporary structures, rations supply, technical sourcing and supply, and contract logistics and services.

In addition, the company offers supply chain, warehousing, and distribution services; provides shipping services, such as marine, cargo, relocation, liner, surveying, and government services; and owns and operates Alosra supermarket, as well as operates restaurants and cafes.

Further, it provides catering and housekeeping services. It operates in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the United States, Djibouti, South Sudan, Sudan, and Kenya.

The company was founded in 1883 and is headquartered in Seef, the Kingdom of Bahrain.
