It also organizes sports events under the Giro d’Italia, Milano-Sanremo, Il Lombardia, Tirreno Adriatico, UAE Tour, and Milano Marathon names; satellite and over the top TV channels under the Caccia and Pesca names; web TV channels under the Corriere della Sera and La Gazzetta dello Sport names; a national sports radio station under the Radio Marca name; television channels under the Gol and Discovery Max names; and book publishing house under the La Esfera de los Libros name.

Further, it provides events, and digital and television branded content; and printing and online, direct marketing, trade fairs, and digital services, as well as distributes publishing products.

The company was formerly known as Holding di Partecipazioni Industriali S.p.A. and changed its name to RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. in 2003.
