ABans Enterprises Limited, together with its subsidiaries, primarily engages in the trading of agricultural and non-agricultural commodities in India, the United Arab Emirates, and Mauritius.

The company trades in agricultural commodities, such as castor seeds, guar-gum, guar seeds, turmeric, cotton oil seeds, coriander, and jeera; and non-agricultural commodities, including gold and silver bars, as well as base metals, including aluminum, lead, copper, and zinc.

It is also involved in trading of commodities and derivatives; and trading and manufacturing of precious/semi-precious stone studded gold and diamond jewelry products, as well as trading and import/export of gold, jewellery, pearls, and precious stones.

The company was formerly known as Matru-Smriti Traders Limited and changed its name to ABans Enterprises Limited in March 2016.

The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Mumbai, India.
