Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited manufactures and processes fabric for garment manufacturers/exporters in India.

It operates through two segments, Process Division and Fabric Division. The company is involved in the doubling, texturizing, twisting, crimping, spinning, weaving, knitting, mercerizing, bleaching, dyeing, sanforising, calendaring, printing, manufacturing, processing, as well as import, export, buying, selling, trading in textiles, yarn, fabrics, ready-made garments, made-up textile articles having the base fabrics or yarn of cotton, woolen, synthetics, silk, synthetic blends both with natural and man-made fibers, polyesters, or any other synthetic fiber as well as other embedded articles of leather, plastic, metal, glass, etc. It also engages in the power generation business with installed wind turbine of 1.25 MW in Dhule, Maharashtra.
