The company offers ring spun combed, TFO ring spun, Open End, TFO open end, and BCI certified yarn; woven fabric, such as yarn dyed shirting and bottom weight fabric; and cotton seed products, as well as engages in the ginning, weaving, and spinning business.

It also generates and sells power through solar and hydroelectric plants. In addition, it sells kappas and garments.

Further, it exports its products. The company was formerly known as Kallam Spinning Mills Limited and changed its name to Kallam Textiles Limited in April 2018.
