It also offers property management system, a tool for reservation process, guest registration, accounts, check-in/check-out, discounts, allowances, and the audits for hospitality management; queue management tool that automates the task of token issue and scheduling for visitors; and visitor management system, a solution for visitor management, including appointments, issue of pass, visitor details storage, time in/out, and MIS reporting features.

Further, the company provides HelpDesk, an online intranet/cloud solution that facilitates online registration of complaint or issue, assignment to staff, status tracking, and closure; and human resource management system, an employee management system for hiring indent, recruitment process, onboarding, attendance, payroll, appraisals, performance monitoring, resignations, and exit management.

The company was formerly known as LN Industries India Limited and changed its name to ACS Technologies Limited in June 2023.
