Lanka Realty Investments PLC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in property development, commercial property, affordable housing, manufacturing, and tourism and leisure businesses in Sri Lanka.

The company operates a portfolio of commercial, residential, and leisure properties; and develops and operates hotels, as well as crusher plants.

It also engages in the manufacture and sale of cement/concrete building blocks and paving blocks. The company was formerly known as Ascot Holdings PLC and changed its name to Lanka Realty Investments PLC in September 2018.

The company was incorporated in 1967 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
