Printcare PLC, together with its subsidiaries, provides printing, packaging, and digital media solutions in Sri Lanka, India, and the United Kingdom.

The company operates through two segments: Printing and Packaging. The Printing segment offers Digital Printing, manufacturing and printing of tea bags and envelopes, exporting of printed papers and boards and printing of products with security features.

The packaging segment, which engages in the manufacturing and printing of packing materials, printing and binding of books, magazines, brochures and catalogue, graphic design, prepress and provides premedia services.

The company also provides products, including cartons and boxes; gift and apparel packaging products; self-adhesive labels; labels; greeting cards; commercial and book printing products; tea bag tags and envelopes, as well as tea bag meshes; security printing, including pre-paid phone cards; lottery tickets; promotional games; and security certificates.

In addition, the company offers value-added labels, such as pressure-sensitive labels, in-mould labels, lamitubes, shrink sleeves, stretch sleeves, paper or wet glue labels, and wash-off labels; data imaging on the labels; and flexo and offset printing, silk screen printing, foiling, printing on foil, die cutting and embossing, and varnishing, as well as lamination finishes; as well as e-learning solutions and packaging consultancy.

Further, it manufactures and supplies ecofriendly paper canisters and containers; and trades in packing materials, which include food-grade packaging; as well as acting as an indent agency for materials, papers, and specialized papers.

The company serves the tea, apparel, FMCG, telecommunications, education, publishing, tobacco, finance, and lottery industries.

The company was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
