Chemanex Company Description

Chemanex PLC, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and markets value added specialty compounds and intermediates in Sri Lanka.

It operates through: Rubber and Plastic; Coating and Packaging; Home and Personal Care segments. The company offers estate chemicals for rubber estates; raw materials for dry rubber product manufacturing industries; color pigments and additives for paint and ink industries; and additives to manufacture hair, skin, and home care products.

It also provides starches and related accessories for corrugated industry; and additives for the food manufacturing.

The company was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Chemanex PLC is a subsidiary of CIC Holdings PLC.
