The company distributes digital copiers, digital duplicators, duplicators, laser and production printers, laptops, G&D machines, mobile phones, air conditioners, multimedia projectors, smart boards, multifunction copiers, IT products under the BARCO, BenQ, Dynabook, GOC_1, Ricoh, and SHARP brands; scan coin machines, POS machines, and note counting machines; and consumables, such as toners, masters, inks, and cartridges under the Ricoh brand.

It also offers outsourced photocopying/printing services, IT solutions, and after sales services, as well as manages a copy bureau.

In addition, the company provides finance and accounting outsourcing services comprising general bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, skilled team, and advanced management accounting.

Further, it offers device, cost, and print management solutions under the myQ, PaperCut, and Ricoh brands.

The company also exports its products. Gestetner of Ceylon PLC was incorporated in 1964 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
