JAT Holdings Company Description

JAT Holdings PLC manufactures and trades in furnishing and finishing solutions in Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Maldives, Africa, and internationally.

It operates through Wood Coatings; Paints, Chemicals, and Other Products; Brushes; Furniture; and Finishing and Furnishing Projects segments.

The company imports and manufactures various water-based and polyurethane-based wood coatings solutions comprising UV coatings and nitrocellular lacquers with scratch, heat, and chemical resistance properties; sandpapers; and brushes, rollers and handlers, and other paint and wood coating application solutions, as well as accessories.

It also offers emulsion paints, undercoats, resins, chemicals, and other industrial solutions; wood putties and wood surface treatment products, such as timber cleaning agents, maintenance waxes, special effect finishes, and touch-up items for wood-finished surfaces; and solvent-based wood stains, thinner, retarder, wood preservative, sanding sealer, super gloss enamel, anticorrosive, varnish, and French polishes.

In addition, the company provides fire doors; chairs, workstations, tables, cupboards, sofas, coffee machines, shadders, and other office and domestic furnishing solutions; modular kitchens and wardrobes; commercial acoustical ceilings; electric appliances; bamboo flooring; and cubicle systems for partitioning.

Further, it undertakes domestic and industrial finishing and furnishing and development projects, as well as offers luxury furniture to design interior projects at workplaces or at homes.

The company offers its products under the Sayerlack, Harris, Borma Wachs, J Chem, Brush Master, Petal Paint, WHITE by JAT, Wallz, Herman Miller, SEAFORM, Knauf Ceiling Solutions, Life Wood, Euro Metallic, Hörmann, Dasso, Colan, BURG, Horous, Masters, OPPEIN, and HAY brands.

JAT Holdings PLC was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Thalawathugoda, Sri Lanka.
