R I L Property PLC, together with its subsidiaries, develops and manages commercial office space in Sri Lanka.

The company offers property renting and other related services; and renewable energy generation and management services.

It also sells new and used motor vehicles, spare parts, lubricants, tyres, heavy machinery and equipment, generators, 3D printers, customized 3D products, and 3D certification courses, as well as provides after-sales services.

In addition, the company provides real estate solutions, including facilities management, leasing, land acquisition, project management services, consulting, and strategic investment; and produce hydropower electricity.

Further, it operates as a distributor of vehicles under the Mitsubishi and Fuso brands, as well as spare parts; imports and distributes trucks and concrete mixing equipment under the DFSK and LiuGong names; and markets Valvoline Lubricants, Prestone auto chemical products, and Simoniz car care products.

Additionally, the company is involved in the assembly and marketing of auto SUVs and multipurpose vehicles; imports and distributes power generators under Greaves name, as well as earth moving equipment under JCB name; manufacturing, selling, and providing services and repairs of trailers; supplies rooftop solar power plant equipment; and generation, distribution, sale, and supply of electrical energy.
