It offers biscuits, chocolates, cakes, cereals, coconut, convenience, snacks, organic fruits, spices, and soy-based products, as well as cooking essentials and specialty chocolates.

The company serves its products under the Lankasoy, Sera, Nutriline, and Tetos brand names. It also exports its products.

The company was formerly known as Soy Foods (Lanka) PLC and changed its name to Convenience Foods (Lanka) PLC in August 2008.

Convenience Foods (Lanka) PLC was incorporated in 1991 and is based in Ratmalana, Sri Lanka. The company is a subsidiary of CBL Investments Limited.
