Grafton Resources Company Description

Grafton Resources Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada and Chile.

It holds an option agreement to acquire 100% undivided interest in forty mineral claims in the Roam property located near Watson Lake, Yukon, in the Liard Mining Division of British Columbia; and options to Acquire 100% of the Alicahue Copper Project covering an area of 3,500 hectares located in the Paleogene metallogenic belt of Chile.

The company was formerly known as Prisma Exploration Inc. and changed its name to Grafton Resources Inc. in September 2025.

Grafton Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
