North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Company Description

North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Corp., an exploration stage junior mining company, engages in the identification, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and New Mexico.

It holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Red Basin uranium/vanadium project located in Catron County, New Mexico; and the Silver Lake property comprising eight contiguous mineral claims located to the southeast of the town of Houston, in the Omineca Mining Division.

The company was formerly known as First American Uranium Inc. and changed its name to North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Corp. in November 2025.

North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Corp. was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
