Precore Gold Company Description

Precore Gold Corp., a junior gold exploration company, engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets in Canada and Peru.

It explores for gold and copper deposits. The company holds 100% interest in the Kimber property, which consists of four mineral claims located in British Columbia, Canada.

It also holds option agreements to acquire 100% interests in the Lake Big-Rush Property comprising 40 mineral claims covering approximately 2,214 hectares located in Quebec, Canada; and the Arikepay porphyry gold-copper property covering an area of approximately 1,800 hectares located in the coastal region of the Arequipa department in southern Peru.

The company was formerly known as Double Deuce Exploration Corp. and changed its name to Precore Gold Corp. in March 2025.

Precore Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
