It also provides connectivity services, such as internet, IP/VPN data, MPLS, IPLC, and internet LAN and VSAT connectivity; and indoor Wi-Fi, large area Wi-Fi coverage, radius manage solution for Wi-Fi network, video conference, manage service, and Microsoft 365.

In addition, the company engages in the provision of B2C products and services under the UDOY brand; IT consulting, professional, and trading; ISP data processing; system designing; software developing; software and hardware maintenance; graphic design; cloud computing; in house data storage and management system; digital archiving and survey; data analysis business process outsourcing; software and hardware installation; and computer and security device services.

Further, it is involved in the establishment, operation, provision, and maintenance of information communication technology and telecommunication services, including gateway services; human resource development and employment facilitation; and conduct and set up of IT training centers.

The company serves corporate, B2B, government, and financial institutions. It exports its products.

The company was formerly known as Advanced Data Networks System Ltd and changed its name to ADN Telecom Limited in April 2012.
