Prime Finance & Investment Limited, a non-banking financial institution, provides various investment and financial solutions to individuals, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs)in Bangladesh.

The company offers financial products, including term finance, lease finance, real estate finance, bridge and equity finance, syndicated finance, SME finance, car finance, and consumer finance; and factoring, bill discounting, and hire purchase services.

It also provides deposit products, such as semiannual, annual income, cumulative income, monthly income, quarterly income, double income, triple income, earn ahead, priority fixed, professional fixed, and doctors’ fixed deposit schemes, as well as contribution FDR products.

In addition, the company offers DPS products comprising housing deposit schemes and fortune DPS products; and issue management, underwriting, portfolio management, and securities and advisory services.

The company was incorporated in 1996 and is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
