It holds a 100% interest in the McConnell’s Jest project that includes 115 claims covering an area of approximately 3,371 hectares located in the Tintina Gold Belt, Yukon Territory; and the Cross Hills Iron Oxide Copper Gold project comprising 573 claims covering approximately 14,325 hectares located in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The company was formerly known as Empire Capital Corp. and changed its name to Zonte Metals Inc. in July 2011.
