Sylvania Platinum Company Description

Sylvania Platinum Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the retreatment of platinum group metals (PGM) bearing chrome tailings materials in South Africa.

It operates through Sylvania Dump Operations (SDO), Exploration Projects, and Joint Venture segments.

The company produces PGMs, including platinum, palladium, and rhodium; and explores for ruthenium, iridium, nickel, and copper deposits.

It holds interests in the Sylvania dump operations that comprise six chrome beneficiation and PGM processing plants located in the Bushveld Igneous Complex; and various mineral asset development projects, including Volspruit and Far Northern Limb projects located on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex in South Africa.

Sylvania Platinum Limited was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Hamilton, Bermuda.
