HusCompagniet Company Description

HusCompagniet A/S, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction of single-family detached houses in Denmark and Sweden.

The company operates through three segments: Detached, Semi-Detached, and Wooden-houses. It designs, sell, and delivers customizable detached houses to built on-site on third-party customer-owned land; semi-detached houses to customers and professional investors; and produces prefabricated wood-framed houses under the VårgårdaHus brand.

HusCompagniet A/S was formerly known as FM-Søkjær Holding 2 ApS and changed its name to HusCompagniet A/S in April 2008.

The company was founded in 1972 and is based in Tilst, Denmark.
