IMC S.A. Company Description

IMC S.A., together with its subsidiaries, operates as an integrated agricultural company in Ukraine and internationally.

The company operates through two segments; Crop Farming, and Elevators and Warehouses. It cultivates wheat, barley, peas, corn, millet, buckwheat, sunflower, soybeans, rapeseed, and oilseeds.

The company also engages in the agricultural and farming production; bakery production; and trading business, as well as operates grain elevator.

In addition, it provides storage facilities. The company was formerly known as Industrial Milk Company S.A. and changed its name to IMC S.A. in May 2017.

IMC S.A. was founded in 1998 and is based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. IMC S.A. is a subsidiary of Agrovalley Limited.
