The company offers pumps and systems, such as canned motor, reciprocating, and cryogenic submerged motor pumps; cryogenic pumps and systems; metering and mixing and odorizing systems; cryogenic heat transfer devices; and cryogenic process plant; precision equipment, including water-conditioning systems for power plants; ceramic substrate production systems; 3D sintering equipment; cold isostatic press; and dryers.

It also produces and supplies various parts and components for jet engine, nacelle, and the wings for aircraft using carbon fiber reinforced plastic; and provides hemodialysis equipment.

The company was formerly known as Nippon Kikai Keiso Kaisha Ltd. and changed its name to Nikkiso Co., Ltd. in November 1968.
