In addition, it operates Bao Yum, a fast-casual concept that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert bao along with a variety of salads, soups, sandwiches, and snacks; Heliot, a steakhouse and bar; The Hideout by STK, an outdoor, poolside restaurant and bar; Radio Rooftop, a rooftop restaurant and lounge bar concept; Rivershore Bar & Grill; and Salt Water Social, which offers seafood items, beef dishes, and cocktails.
