It operates in three segments: Toys and Model Trains, Property Investment, and Investment Holding. The company offers model train locomotives; other hobby items, including electronic slot racing cars and digital controls, as well as accessories, such as scenery, promotional cars, and trucks; and scale locomotives, coach cars, rolling stockcars, and cabooses under the Bachmann brand.

It also provides original equipment manufacture and original design manufacture services, as well as in-house plush pattern design and sampling services; engineering services comprising product design and development, mould design and development, electronic engineering, and production process engineering; anddesigns and manufactures plush and educational toys for babies under the Tinco brand.

In addition, the company leases office premises, and commercial and industrial buildings; and invest in securities.

Further, it is involved in acting as an agent for sale of toys; property development and investment activities; sub-letting of wine cellar; and provision of management services.
