The company offers integrated passenger information system, passenger services, on-board integrated cloud based platform, comprehensive monitoring, smart card automated fare collection system, and hardware and software products and services for high-speed rail, intercity, urban and suburban railway, and metro, as well as intelligent railways transportation, and intelligent operation and maintenance.

It also provides information system services of civil communication transmission systems, utility tunnel areas, and integrated transportation hubs; and manages the equity investments in railway transportation and infrastructure areas.

In addition, the company offers application solutions for the networking and controlling systems of public transport; spare parts in utility tunnel areas; and train control and remote diagnosis, and train network control systems.

The company was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.
