Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides integrated shipping services in the People’s Republic of China.

It operates through two segments, Shipping Business and Ship Management Business. The company offers shipping services through controlled vessels and chartered-in vessels; dry bulk carriers; and oil and chemical tankers.

It also provides ship management services and value-added services, including operations of vessels, technical management, crew management and manning, repair and maintenance, and regulatory management and compliance; business services; maritime and voyage management; insurance and financing assistance of vessels; and shipbuilding supervision services, as well as engages in the sale and purchase support of vessels.

In addition, the company offers ship investment and operation; shipbuilding consultation; vessel holding and chartering services; and real estate activities.

It serves ship owners and builders, ship finance leasing companies, shipyards, dry bulk traders, and shipping and logistics companies.

As of 31 December 2024, the company’s fleet consisted of 20 controlled vessels and 6 vessels through joint ventures, including 15 dry bulk cargo carriers and 11 oil/chemical tankers, with a combined weight carrying capacity of 1.23 million dwt.
