GHW International Company Description

GHW International, an investment holding company, manufactures and sells chemical and pharmaceutical products in the People’s Republic of China, Europe, Vietnam, rest of Asia, and internationally.

It operates through seven segments: Methylamine Industry Series, Applied Chemicals Series, Advanced Materials Intermediates Series, Green Products, Pharmaceutical intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (“APIs”), Iodine Derivatives and Supporting products, and Happy Elephant Planet, Advanced Medical and Health Products segments.

The Methylamine Industry Series segment consists of animal nutrition chemical products, such as choline chloride and betaine.

The Applied Chemicals Series segment primarily consists of self-manufactured polyurethane materials, including polymer polyether and modified methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.

The Advanced Materials Intermediates Series segment provides self-manufactured and traded fine chemical products and polyurethane materials products.

The Green Products segment engages in the production of cardanol products. The Pharmaceutical Intermediates and APIs distributes pharmaceutical products, such as cefpodoxime proxetil dispersible tablets, as well as other pharmaceutical intermediates.

The Iodine Derivatives and Supporting Products segment sells iodine derivatives directly to customer which include organic and inorganic iodine derivatives, as well as iodine.The Happy Elephant Planet, Advanced Medical and Health Products segment focuses on selling nutrition products sourced from third parties, including vitamin tablets.

GHW International was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Nanjing, the People’s Republic of China.
