Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company manufactures and trades in clinker, cement, and cement products in Vietnam.

The company offers commercial clinkers and ready-mix cement; sulfate-resistant and white Portland cement, as well as Portland cement that generates less heat; and cement bags and standard packages.

It also provides alkaline refractory bricks; granite and marble products; and construction stones. In addition, the company organizes conferences.

It exports its products. The company was formerly known as Hai Van Cement JSC and changed its name to Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company in August 2011.
