The company also engages in real estate investment and business, civil engineering construction works, supervising the construction works and completion of civil and industrial works, investment consulting, architectural design of civil and industrial construction works, and architectural design and planning of construction works under the brand SAMLAND; operation of resorts; and financial investment business.

Sam Holdings Corporation was formerly known as Sacom Development and Investment Corporation and changed its name to Sam Holdings Corporation in September 2017.

The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
