The company operates through six segments: Asset and Portfolio Management; Manufacturing, Formulation and Sale of Resin, Chemicals and Building Materials; Contract Work, Pipe Laying and Rehabilitation; Investment Holding and Property Letting; Recovery and Sale of Recycled Products; and Culture and Sale of Prawns.

It also collects, treats, recovers, and recycles industrial and organic waste, as well as sells recycled products.

In addition, the company engages in breeding and selling of prawns; and manufacturing and trading of lubricant products and resin impregnated papers, as well as asset and portfolio management.

Further, it operates as a general contractor of water and sewer diversion construction and maintenance, and labour supply for sewer and water rehabilitation construction; offers management and property letting services; manages investment portfolios; and trades in, imports, and distributes ceramic tiles and building materials.

The company was founded in 1936 and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
