The Design and Implementation Services segment provides IT security and automation solutions on a turnkey basis, which include design, development, customization, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, support and enhancement services.

The Maintenance and Support Services segment offers hardware and software maintenance and support, and infrastructure services.

In addition, the company offers security consulting, security systems, information communication technology, and video and behavioral analytics, as well as develops middleware for third party hardware and system integration.

It serves customers in the factories, theme parks, government buildings, and public infrastructure industries.

TechStore Berhad was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Puchong, Malaysia.
