The United Basalt Products Limited, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells building materials primarily in Mauritius, Sri Lanka, and Réunion.

The company operates through the Building Materials and Agriculture segments. Its products primarily include aggregates, rocksand, and concrete blocks.

The company also offers building materials, such as smart and classic blocks, aggregates, and rock sand; prefabricated products, including claustra, drains, kerbs, hollow block, precast slabs, beams, blocks for retention use, mega blocks, and pipes; ready-to-use dry mortars; flooring, wall covering, and roofing decorative products; and various concrete building components, including paving-blocks and roof tiles, ready-mixed concrete, imported floor and wall tiles, sanitary ware and home building products, fittings, tools, and garden accessories.

In addition, it is involved in the cultivation of sugar cane, vegetables, and plants; engineering works; sale of land and agricultural products; and provision of landscaping, workshop, and contracting services, as well as leisure activities.

The United Basalt Products Limited was incorporated in 1953 and is headquartered in Quatre Bornes, Mauritius.
