Oryx Properties Limited is a real estate investment trust managed by Oryx Management Services (Pty) Ltd. The fund acquires, maintain, and manage an investment portfolio of properties.

It invests in high quality retail, industrial, and commercial properties located mainly in the major metropolitan areas of Namibia.

The fund portfolio includes 20% to 30% weighting in the office sector, a 30% to 40% weighting in the industrial sector, and a 40% to 60% weighting in the retail sector.
