Selectis Health Company Description

Selectis Health, Inc (“Selectis” or “we” or the “Company”) owns and operates, through wholly-owned subsidiaries Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, and Skilled Nursing Facilities across the South and Southeastern portions of the US.

The Company acquires, develops, leases and manages healthcare real estate and provides healthcare operations through our wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Our portfolio is comprised of investments in the following healthcare operations: (i) senior housing (including independent and assisted living) and (ii) post-acute/skilled nursing.

We will make investments within our healthcare operations using the following six investment products: (i) direct ownership of properties, (ii) debt investments, (iii) developments and redevelopments, (iv) investment management, (v) the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (“RIDEA”), which represents investments in senior housing operations utilizing the structure permitted by RIDEA and (vi) owning healthcare operations.
