EMCO Industries Company Description

EMCO Industries Limited manufactures and sells electrical porcelain insulators and switchgears.

The company provides tension, suspension, pin, line post, cap and pin, station post, long road, telephone, low voltage, dropout cutout, disc-type, switch/bus, spool, strain/guy, hollow, shackle, tension/suspension, and railway electrification insulators, as well as HT and LT bushings.

It also offers switchgears, such as metal oxide surge arresters; RTV coatings, including room temperature vulcanized and silicone rubber coatings; acid proof tiles and cement; high alumina porcelain, lining special refractories, and grinding media products; and cross arms for distribution poles, steel pins for pin insulators/cross arms, and d-shackle assembly products.

The company operates in Pakistan, Turkey, Qatar, the Unites States, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Colombia, Taiwan, and Egypt.

The company was formerly known as Electric Equipment Manufacturing Company (Private) Limited and changed its name to EMCO Industries Limited in September 1983.

The company was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.
