NTT DC REIT primarily invests in data center assets owned and operated by NTT DATA.

Its initial portfolio includes six data centers located in the United States, Austria, and Singapore, with a total IT load capacity of approximately 90 MW.

Sponsored by NTT Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, the REIT leverages NTT DATA's expertise in data center development and operations to deliver stable and sustainable performance.

The Company is also considering adding more data center assets from the Group in the future.
