Bawan Company manufactures and sells metal and steel works in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Metal and Wood segment engages in the production of wooden pallets, plywood panels, medium and high-density boards coated with paper, decorative wood, containers, wooden boxes, prefabricated buildings, steel buildings, forming and bending of reinforcing steel, and contracting.

It is also involved in repairing, demolishing, rebuilding, and constructing residential, commercial and public buildings, educational, and recreational and health facilities, as well as maintaining, operating, and installing electrical and electronic equipment, devices and systems, aluminum works, iron and wooden doors and their installation, electrical extension works, carpentry, painting and drawing on iron and wood, road, bridge and street works, and decoration works.

The Plastic segment produces and sells polystyrene foam boards, packaging and insulation strips made of polyethylene foam and panels, colored soft PVC, colored and uncolored rigid PVC sheets, polystyrene-lined soft and rigid PVC sheets, parts for vacuum fans, transparent polyethylene containers, priority exit slide, and 0-layer polyethylene containers, shapes, etc. The Electrical segment engages in the wholesale and retail trade in electrical transformers, voltage stabilizers, battery chargers and irons, welding, electrical substations, electrical substation equipment, and voltage transformers; trading, distribution, import and export, and testing and inspection services; and provision of goods and commodity clearance and double weighing services.

The company also offers online services. In addition, it is involved in the production of ready-mix concrete products; investment in companies and commercial services; and repair and maintenance of laboratory tools and equipment, machinery, industrial, electrical, and other.
