It operates through three segments: SMD Segment, Equipment Segment, and Other Segment. The SMD Segment processes and sells of passive on-chip component packaging materials; manufactures, processes, and sells of active component plastic packaging materials; and electronic components and spare parts for SMD industry.

Its Equipment Segment is involved in the sales and repair services of SMT industry testing equipment, optical equipment, and printing equipment; research and development, manufacturing, and sales of laser application equipment; repair, assembly, and sales of semiconductor industry front-end equipment; and sales of spare parts.

The Other Segments engages in the passive component chip testing and packaging foundry sales services, as well as spare parts and energy product sales.

It is also involved in the laser trimming machine manufacturing, processing and sales; test probe card design and sales; printing material manufacturing and processing; and offers FDR information acquisition system, LCD test, and electronic test fixtures.

In addition, the company is involved in the lighting equipment installation; engineering, electrical, and electronic materials wholesale and international trade; solar thermal equipment installation; engineering, construction, and energy technology; chip resistor packaging paper tape and anti-static formula upper and lower tape strip processing and sales; biotechnology; renewable energy self-use power generation equipment; manufacture and sale of anti-glare projection screens and laser TV screen materials; cultural and arts activities planning; and plank, chemical raw materials, and food sales.
