Hermes Testing Solutions Inc., together with its subsidiaries, develops and manufactures semiconductor testing and inspection equipment in Taiwan, the United States, Asia, and Europe.

The company offers probe cards, including WAT, logic, LCD driver, and RF devices, as well as TF-MLC; and customized products, such as Hprobe, AOI toolkit, FIMS, TEMIC Mars X8/X8 Plus, D-sensor bridge beam, EasyCool, and laser cleaner.

It also provides in-house services comprising PI/SI simulation, thermal simulation, flying-probe testing, and PCB/loadboard printing; engineering services; and value-added services, which include sales, installation, technical support, manufacturing process development, machine relocation, and design customization.
