The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States and Canada region. It primarily invests in high interest U.S. dollar deposit accounts with one or more Canadian chartered banks and high-quality, short-term debt securities, including U.S. dollar denominated treasury bills and promissory notes issued or guaranteed by the United States federal government or the Government of Canada, or their respective agencies, and U.S. dollar denominated banker’s acceptances. The fund seeks to invest in securities with maturity of one year or less. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the U.S. 1 Month Treasury Bill Index.
