Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established under, and governed by, the laws of the Province of Ontario.

The operations of the REIT commenced on October 7, 2020, when it completed an initial public offering, for the purpose of owning and operating a portfolio of income-producing manufactured housing communities located in the United States.

The trust units of the REIT trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange in U.S. dollars and in Canadian dollars under the symbol.

As at September 30, 2025, the REIT owns 81 MHCs, 2 recreational vehicle resort communities, and 2 commercial real estate buildings located across Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia (December 31, 2024 – 80, 2 and 2, respectively).
