The fund invests in fixed income markets of Canada. It invests in government and corporate floating rate bonds that are rated A or higher and have a remaining time to maturity of at least three months. The fund seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Canada Floating Rate Note Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Floating Rate Index ETF was formed on November 14, 2011 and is domiciled in Canada.
