Beauce Gold Fields Inc. engages in exploration of gold and phosphate in mining sites located in Quebec.

The Company's flagship property is the St-Simon-les-Mines Gold project. The project consists of a block of 152 claims as well as seven real estate lots, and the project area hosts a six-kilometer-long placer channel that consists of an unconsolidated gold-bearing sedimentary unit (a lower saprolite and an upper brown diamictite).

The Company also owns 21 prospective phosphates (P2O5) properties throughout Quebec comprised of 300 claims totaling 19,935 hectares.
