It holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Eden Property with two contiguous titled mineral concessions covering and area of 2,489 hectares located in Sinaloa, Mexico and holds an intent to acquire a 100% interest in the Los Reyes Project located near the city of Chihuahua, Mexico.

It also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Cabot Mineral Project covering an area of 4,800 hectares located in Newfoundland’s Baie Verte Peninsula.
